Huzzle is hiring a Head of Engineering, GTM Systems, to lead the transition from no-code automation to Claude Code-powered AI agent architecture. You will be a hands-on builder with deep experience in Clay-based GTM systems and will develop scalable, production-grade infrastructure for revenue generation across client platforms.

You’ll own the systems that scale with real-time signals, shaping automated workflows and ensuring robust performance.

Formación

• Proven experience building GTM automation systems in production (enrichment, API integrations, CRM automation).
• Deep understanding of data pipelines, webhooks, and multi-step automation logic.
• Hands-on coding in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered systems (prompt design, chaining, context handling).
• Understand outbound sales workflows and revenue operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers or technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI-powered GTM systems from signal detection to campaign orchestration.
• Develop scalable backend systems using Python/JS/TS.
• Architect integrations across CRMs, APIs, data sources, and outreach platforms.
• Build reusable agent frameworks, templates, and SDK-like components.
