Plutus21 Partners is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our go-to-market team. You will build and maintain the systems that support how we identify, reach, and convert customers, working across our sales, marketing, and operations functions.

The role sits between engineering and go-to-market, focusing on automating revenue processes, connecting platforms, and building tooling that improves day-to-day operations.

Formación

• 2+ years in go-to-market engineering, revenue ops, or a related technical role supporting commercial functions.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying/transformation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with data enrichment and prospecting tools.
• Familiarity with large language models and applying them to business workflows.
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success data usage.
• Ability to turn business problems into working systems with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify manual processes in the go-to-market function and replace them with automated workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between sales, marketing, and operations platforms.
• Design data enrichment workflows to improve prospect and account data quality.
• Build lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management systems.
• Develop AI agents and language model workflows for research, qualification, drafting, and prioritization.
• Own data integrity across commercial systems, including synchronization and deduplication.
• Design and maintain outbound campaign infrastructure, sequencing, deliverability, and tracking.
• Write scripts and services to extend platform functionality.
• Create internal tools supporting commercial workflows.
• Own end-to-end projects from problem to deployment and measurement.
• Instrument systems to measure performance and business impact.
• Ensure reliability with monitoring, error handling, retries, and alerts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work based on friction points.
