Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-volume support, strong English, and experience with tools like HubSpot and Shopify. You will work with diverse business clients and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Support or similar roles.
• Experience managing high-volume support inboxes with accuracy.
• Live chat support experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Order entry, modifications, and account updates using Shopify and internal systems.
• Manage inbound tickets, emails, and live chat; meet SLAs.
• Support onboarding, update customer records and account details.
• Gather complete information before escalating issues and document context.
• Respond to orders, billing, deliveries, and account inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
