Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a Growth Operator to own paid media campaigns and lead generation funnels in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will independently drive growth, run creative experiments, optimize conversions, and be accountable for measurable results.

You will manage campaigns, test strategies, improve landing pages and funnels, and collaborate with sales to lift lead quality and acquisition. English fluency and US-based experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation.
• Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong experience with creative testing, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Hands-on experience improving landing pages, forms, and lead generation funnels.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and downstream metrics.
• Ability to independently develop, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and reporting abilities.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Advanced English level (C1/C2) and US-based experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across lead generation accounts
• Develop and execute continuous creative testing and A/B testing strategies
• Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements
• Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, surveys, and qualification funnels
• Monitor key performance metrics, including CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
• Generate new testing hypotheses and identify winning creatives and strategies
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition
• Prepare weekly performance reports, testing roadmaps, and actionable recommendations
• Proactively communicate challenges and take ownership of campaign performance
