Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a proactive Growth Operator to own paid media campaigns and lead generation funnels remotely. This full-time contractor role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, running creative experiments, and optimizing conversion rates to drive measurable results.

You will analyze CPL, CAC, and conversion metrics, test landing pages and forms, collaborate with sales, deliver weekly performance reports, and work with US-based clients from anywhere.

• Proven hands-on experience in paid media, performance marketing, and lead generation.
• Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong experience with creative testing, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Hands-on experience improving landing pages, forms, and lead generation funnels.

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Growth Operator to take full ownership of paid media campaigns and lead generation funnels.

This role goes beyond traditional media buying. The ideal candidate will independently identify growth opportunities, execute creative experiments, optimize conversion rates, and take accountability for measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across lead generation accounts.
• Develop and execute continuous creative testing and A/B testing strategies.
• Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements.

• Compensation: $1,200–$1,600 USD/month, depending on experience.

• 100% remote position.
