This hands-on leadership role requires media buying across Meta, TikTok, Google, and retail; emphasizes data-driven decisions, growth modeling, and collaboration with four specialists.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years leading growth, or reporting directly to the head of growth, at a high-growth consumer or DTC brand.
• Hands-on media buying background with direct experience managing substantial budgets across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Proven experience connecting DTC paid acquisition with physical retail and marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop).
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling, cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and unit economics.
• Fluent, professional English.
• Full availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own omnichannel growth covering DTC, wholesale, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
• Build full-funnel growth roadmaps and allocate budgets across channels.
• Drive retail velocity with geo-targeted campaigns and store data.
• Lead and coordinate four specialists while maintaining hands-on work.
• Synthesize attribution data and report to executives weekly.
• Leverage AI and automation to speed up analysis and testing cadence.
