Fabula, a fast-growing D2C coffee brand, is seeking a Head of Growth who has already scaled eCommerce brands. You will own performance media, build winning creative strategies, and drive full-funnel optimization across campaigns.

This role demands hands-on execution, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration with creators and designers to accelerate growth. You will operate in a fully remote setup with direct collaboration with founders, overseeing Meta, Google, and TikTok ad

Formación

• 4–6+ years creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands or agencies.
• Proven Meta media buyer with campaigns scaling to high spend.
• Strong on creative strategy and performance marketing.
• Deep experience with direct-response advertising and customer psychology.
• Able to read ad/account/funnel data and know what to change.
• Hands-on with creative: writing/editing hooks, scripts, headlines, briefs, and landing copy.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale Meta as primary acquisition channel; expand to Google/TikTok.
• Identify winning angles, hooks, messaging, formats based on data.
• Build and manage a systematic testing pipeline for creatives.
• Analyze the full funnel from ad to landing page to optimize conversions.
• Mine customer reviews and competitor ads for new opportunities.
• Brief and manage UGC creators, editors, and designers; stay hands-on with copy.
