TUCMEDIA is seeking a results-driven media buyer to lead Meta campaigns for consumer-brand partners. You’ll own campaign setup, testing, budgets and the daily decisions that drive performance across markets.

You’ll work with exciting brands, collaborate with creative teams and account managers, and translate insights into scalable campaigns and iterated concepts. This is a full-time remote role with availability for team and client calls across European and Asian time zones, paying a monthly

Qualifications

• Proven results growing DTC consumer brands through paid ads.
• Deep, hands-on Meta expertise and experience across international markets.
• Strong commercial judgment around acquisition costs, profitability and scaling.
• Ability to interpret creative performance and translate findings into actionable feedback.
• Understanding of how offers, creative, the website and measurement influence ecommerce performance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Build, launch and optimize Meta campaigns across assigned brands and markets.
• Manage budgets and spend pacing against growth targets and efficiency limits.
• Identify opportunities and make evidence-based decisions about scaling and pausing.
• Diagnose performance changes, distinguishing paid-media results from other channels.
• Run a structured testing cycle at least weekly and turn insights into new concepts.
• Maintain a daily campaign log and provide clear weekly reporting on performance and priorities.
