Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing or marketing operations experience.
• Agency or client services background in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in GA4 and website analytics.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday).
• Professional English speaking and writing; comfortable leading calls.
• Based in Colombia with reliable home office and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing projects end to end, from plan to launch to reporting.
• Manage deliverables and timelines in tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
• Brief and manage contractors, designers, and specialists.
• Lead client or stakeholder calls and report on performance.
• Analyze results in GA4 and recommend optimizations.
• Flag risks, blockers, and scope changes early.
