Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 6 months in email marketing.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of creatives to deliver quality work.
• Ability to work independently without compromising standards and meet deadlines.
• Highly accountable, responsive, and able to manage workload and client expectations.
• Excellent English communication skills with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships and drive revenue through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Lead teams of copywriters, designers, and associates to deliver campaigns smoothly.
• Plan, brief, and coordinate campaign calendars; ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
