Job Duck, LLC is hiring a Campaign and Growth Manager to drive lead generation and accelerate growth through strategic, data-driven campaigns across channels. You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns to deliver measurable business results.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong decision-making, and expertise in performance marketing and growth strategies, with remote work from Colombia for US-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related field.
• Proven track record of lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of funnels, acquisition, conversion, attribution, and lead-gen strategies.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, social, landing pages, websites, content).
• Budget management and performance evaluation against spend.
• Experience with campaign tracking, UTM, attribution reporting, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing landing pages, messaging, testing, optimization, and user experience.
• Developing campaign briefs with clear direction for execution teams.
• Defining channel strategies and how each channel supports objectives.
• Tracking leads and performance against investment.
• Owning events, promotions, lead-gen activities, and post-event follow-up.
• Developing and testing new lead-gen opportunities and partnerships.
• Conducting post-campaign analyses and sharing learnings and recommendations.
• Using data to guide investment decisions and resource allocation.
• Identifying underperforming campaigns and optimizing channels, audiences, and funnel stages.
• Monitoring budgets and ensuring efficient spend across channels.
• Leading creative, paid media, email, social, and website efforts.
