Navitas Group is seeking a Student Recruitment Advisor for a 6-month maternity cover, fully remote from Colombia. The role drives enrolment targets via direct and agent channels, managing leads with rapid contact and persistent follow-up through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Key requirements include 100+ outbound dials daily, strong negotiation skills, and a bachelor’s degree with the legal right to work in Colombia. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven call centre or inside sales experience with 100+ outbound dials daily.
• Track record of achieving targets in a KPI-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and legal right to work in Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Own a personal enrolment target and drive conversion at every stage of the funnel.
• Qualify students on eligibility, English level, budget, visa readiness and intake.
• Convert opportunities into applications, acceptances and paid enrolments.
• Progress agent opportunities with counsellors, keeping agents informed.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and log interactions in Salesforce daily.
• Provide pipeline reporting and forecasts to the Regional Team Leader.
