Bayswater Education in Colombia is seeking an Education Advisor to manage prospective student inquiries and support sales in the Brazilian and Colombian markets, with potential wider Latin American involvement. You will need excellent written and verbal communication in English, Portuguese and Spanish, plus prior sales or customer-service experience.

Formación

• Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
• Sales experience in education or study-abroad sectors is preferred.
• Experience communicating with customers from diverse backgrounds is an advantage.
• CRM experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Advise prospective students on courses, study destinations and enrolment steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with enquiry details and outcomes.
• Follow up with leads and manage a sales pipeline toward targets.
• Support marketing and business development in Brazilian and Colombian markets.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with Direct Sales, Admissions, Marketing and school teams.
• Contribute to a positive student journey with clear, timely communications.
