Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE team. The role partners with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend, validate P&L EBITDA savings, and craft executive narratives for the C-suite.

You will harmonize data from SAP, Oracle, Coupa, and Ariba, build BI dashboards, and drive insights across our worldwide procurement ecosystem. Remote work is available internationally.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, or BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and BI platforms; proficient in Python or R.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba).
• Excellent written and verbal English with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, CS, Supply Chain, Economics; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data across ERPs and P2P platforms.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics to track core KPIs.
• Identify savings opportunities and provide sourcing insights.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and FP&A with budgets.
