Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to transform complex ERP and P2P data into strategic insights, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and validate EBITDA savings. This role supports global procurement initiatives and executive storytelling.

You'll build modern BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), automate data pipelines, and drive tail-spend reductions across SAP, Oracle, Coupa and Ariba while communicating

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement analytics or financial analytics.
• Strong SQL and BI tooling knowledge.
• Excellent English communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERP/P2P systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba).
• Design and automate BI dashboards to track KPIs and savings.
• Identify category opportunities and validate EBITDA savings with Finance.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and FP&A to align cost reductions with budgets.
