Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE team. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights that drive decisions and partner with Category Managers and Corporate Finance.

In this role you will harmonize spend data across ERP/P2P sources, design intuitive BI dashboards, and quantify savings to optimize spend and support EBITDA targets globally.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics or related fields.
• Strong SQL and BI tool skills (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik) required.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba)

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERP/P2P sources into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and analytics to track core KPIs and cycle times.
• Identify savings and category opportunities through spend analysis.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and FP&A.
