Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst for Procurement Analytics & Insights to join our GLOBAL COE. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and validate savings.

You will build modern visual analytics, drive KPI tracking, and craft executive narratives for decision-makers across the globe.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in procurement analytics or related fields.
• Strong SQL and BI tool proficiency.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data like Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Ariba.
• Excellent written and verbal English with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data across ERPs and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics to track core KPIs and cycle times.
• Identify savings and category opportunities through deep-dive spend analyses.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and FP&A and align with budgets.
