Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and articulate EBITDA savings for executives.

You’ll build modern visual analytics, track KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions across our global procurement ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), and data tools (Python, R, or Excel/VBA).
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Advanced written and verbal English with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.

Responsabilités

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERP and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics; design BI dashboards and data pipelines.
• Identify savings and category opportunities through deep-dive spend analyses.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance in collaboration with FP&A.
