Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE. The role focuses on transforming enterprise data into strategic insights to drive decisions and optimize spend across our global procurement ecosystem.

You will partner with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to validate cost reductions and craft executive narratives for C‑suite leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in procurement analytics or related BI roles.
• Strong SQL and BI tool proficiency (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience with ERP/P2P data (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Ariba).

Responsabilités

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERPs and P2P platforms into a single source.
• Automate dashboards and analytics to track KPIs and cycle times.
• Identify savings opportunities and optimize sourcing pipelines.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and FP&A.
