Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights to join the GLOBAL COE. You will transform complex data into strategic insights, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives.

The role focuses on modern visual analytics, ERP/P2P data, and driving savings with data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in procurement analytics, finance analysis, or BI.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills with BI platforms.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data: SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERP and P2P systems to a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics to track KPIs and cycle times.
• Identify savings opportunities and support sourcing priorities.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and FP&A teams.
