Responsabilidades

• Monitor real-time transactions and flag fraud for manual review.
• Investigate transactions using internal policies to determine fraud.
• Analyze account patterns and data insights.
• Contribute to ML models, rules and detection systems.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists and engineers to improve fraud prevention.
• Maintain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques.
• Meet SLA targets to minimize potential losses.
• Handle escalations professionally.
