Sezzle, a fintech company in Colombia, is seeking a curious Product Intern to join the Payments & Fees team. You’ll support the product manager, keep the backlog organized, and learn how fintech works by analyzing data and coordinating with engineering, design, and data teams.

This hands‑on role provides exposure to payment flows, agile ceremonies, dashboards, and stakeholder communication. You’ll gain SQL skills, help document processes, and contribute to decisions improving payments.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Interest in payments, fintech, and how complex systems work.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Claude or similar AI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the product manager in drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets for changes to the payments service.
• Gather context from stakeholders and prepare materials for provider meetings.
• Learn and apply SQL to analyze payment data and support dashboards.
• Maintain internal documentation for payment flows and processes.
• Participate in agile meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
