Sezzle is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join its technology team remotely for Colombia. You will contribute to real-world projects, work on backend and frontend services, and participate in code reviews while learning Sezzle’s stack.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with Golang, Typescript, Python, React/React Native, and AI-assisted development, in a fast-paced fintech environment with mentorship from seasoned engineers.

Formación

• Experience with Golang, Python, or any backend language.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend and frontend services.
• Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new features and resolve bugs.
• Work on performance tuning, debugging, and scaling of Sezzle's platform.
• Document software functionalities and contribute to the knowledge base.
