Sezzle is seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern in Colombia to support and execute key marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and app channels. You will help optimize channel performance, create targeted content, and collaborate with teams to drive engagement and revenue.

The role focuses on building content for customization, managing analytics, and supporting content marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled productivity.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with multiple moving parts.
• Basic project management skills.
• Basic creative design skill and knowledge in Figma is preferred.
• Experience in copywriting short and engaging messages.
• Experience leveraging data inputs to create segments, design tests, execute reporting and provide insights.
• Database marketing experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with Braze is preferred.
• Experience with email, push, in-app notifications, MSS, eComm or digital marketing.
• Experience using Claude or equivalent LLM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day asset production flow including asset & CRM build, QA, approvals, deployment, stakeholder communication, and analytics reporting.
• Assist with recommendations on optimizing future campaigns through performance reports.
• Support day-to-day operations keeping all marketing initiatives up to date.
• Assist with marketing communication builds within Braze CRM platform.
• Manage the compliance and legal approval of assets internally and externally.
• Identify potential project risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Maintain and organize project documentation (notes, schedules, reports, assets).
• Assist client and sales teams with in-app promotional setup and reporting.
• Initiate data pulls and manage analytics for campaigns.
