Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia; able to work remotely and onsite as needed.
• Experience with Claude or other large language model tools is preferred; comfortable using AI to assist productivity and research.
• Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking and device troubleshooting.
• Interest in IT ticketing systems, MDM platforms, and automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT service desk support and assist with end-user issue resolution.
• Assist with device deployment, imaging, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and update documentation.
• Support IT operations projects related to system improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with IT team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
