FullStack is hiring for Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect and implement AI-powered solutions. You will combine consulting, engineering, and hands-on delivery, shaping systems that prove value in real environments.

You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, owning architecture, AI integration, and delivery pipelines while maintaining a hands-on engineering role across projects. This is a 100% remote opportunity with global teams.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of professional software development.
• Production experience in TypeScript/Node + React, Python, .NET/C#, or Java.
• Strong in APIs, service design, event-driven / distributed systems, and data modeling.
• Track record as a Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
• Has designed and owned CI/CD — build, test, release, environments.

Responsabilidades

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders and engineers.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and exceptions into specs.
• Architect & design. Build agentic systems end-to-end with orchestration and integration.
• Build. Ship working systems—agents, automations, tooling, integration layers.
• Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD for the solution.
• Consult. Present decisions to senior stakeholders and support pre-sales.
