FullStack in Colombia is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and operate AI-powered solutions. This role blends consultant, operator, and engineer.

You’ll work directly with clients to identify real AI problems and deliver end-to-end systems inside their environments. You will lead discovery conversations, structure process specs, and design agentic architectures.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of professional software development, backend-focused or full-stack.
• Core tech ecosystems include TypeScript/Node + React, Python, .NET/C#, or Java.
• Strong API design, service-oriented architecture, and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments.

Responsabilidades

• Discover AI opportunities by running workshops with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specs for automation, mapping current state to target architectures.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration, context retrieval, and tool integration.
• Build working systems with prototypes in weeks and defend decisions with stakeholders.
