FullStack is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to sit with enterprise teams, architect AI-powered solutions and ship production-ready systems. You’ll blend consulting, hands-on development, and operational delivery, applying rigorous design to real-world environments.

Ideal candidates combine deep software experience with applied AI fluency, able to drive scope, manage risk, and deliver value for Fortune 500 clients in regulated industries.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of professional software development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, .NET/C#, or Java.
• Strong in APIs, service design, distributed systems and data modeling.
• Track record as a Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
• Has designed and owned CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Discover. Run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to scope AI problems.
• Structure the process and the spec for automation, mapping current state to specifications.
• Architect & design. Build agentic systems end-to-end with guardrails and retrieval architecture.
• Build. Ship working systems: agents, multi-step automations, tooling, integration layers.
• Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD: build, test, release, environments.
• Consult. Present decisions to CTOs/VPEs and support pre-sales scoping.
