Job summary

Formulated Automation is seeking a Finance & Procurement Analyst for a LATAM client, with 100% remote work. The role covers hardware procurement, inventory, and vendor operations to ensure timely delivery at optimal cost.

You will report to the VP of Strategic Finance and collaborate with Sales, CS, and external vendors. The position emphasizes strong controls, forecasting, and process improvements to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or accounting with inventory exposure.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills to turn sales reports into stocking plans.
• Strong controls mindset with process discipline.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management & Procurement: manage relationships with hardware vendors, process POs, verify pricing and invoices, and onboard new suppliers.
• Inventory Planning & Tracking: own stocking proposals based on sales forecasts and maintain SKU/config cost matrix.
• Asset & Warranty Management: maintain asset records, manage renewals/transfers, and coordinate with hardware support.
• Process Improvement: document, streamline, and automate processes as volume grows.
