Job summary

Formulated Automation is seeking a Procurement Associate / Operations Associate to support procurement and supply chain activities. You will work with suppliers, co-manufacturers, Finance, Product, Creative, and internal teams to ensure materials are ordered, tracked, documented, and reconciled.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and data‑driven work; strong Excel and analytical skills, a sense of urgency, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting procurement and supply chain operations.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for raw materials, packaging, and product trials.
• Issue, revise, and track purchase orders and related documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers to gather pricing and status information.
• Support inventory reconciliation and month-end processes.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and qualification records.
• Coordinate with Finance, Product, Creative, and operations teams to keep processes moving.
