Job summary

Formulated Automation is seeking a Finance & Procurement Analyst to own hardware procurement, inventory, and vendor operations for a remote LATAM engagement. The role reports to the VP of Strategic Finance and emphasizes fast ramp-up, strong controls, and scalable processes.

Responsibilities include PO management, inventory forecasting, asset tracking, and collaboration with Sales, CS, and external vendors. Candidates should have 4+ years in procurement or accounting with inventory exposure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or accounting with inventory exposure.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to turn sales pipeline reports into hardware stocking plans.
• Strong controls mindset, including order, PO, and invoice matching, process discipline, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management & Procurement: manage daily hardware vendor relationships, POs, pricing, and invoices.
• Inventory Planning & Tracking: own stocking plans based on forecasts and sales pipeline.
• Asset & Warranty Management: maintain asset, deployment, and warranty records; coordinate renewals.
• Process Improvement: document and automate processes as volume grows and improve controls.
