Formulated Automation is seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance function for its Latin America-based client portfolio. This hands-on leadership role will shape a modern finance operation with automated workflows, AI-enabled processes, and KPI dashboards to support multi-client delivery.

You will manage bookkeeping, FP&A, and month-end close, implementing workflows and controls while leveraging QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Sage.

Formación

• Must have hands-on finance leadership and FP&A expertise.
• Experience with QuickBooks; NetSuite or Sage is a plus.
• Ability to design scalable processes and leverage AI tools.
• Strong English communication on client calls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables/receivables, payroll coordination, and month-end close.
• Set workflows, controls, and review steps.
• Use QuickBooks as primary system and connect data to KPI dashboards.
• Deliver weekly 13-week or 26-week cash forecasts and rolling 12–24 month forecasts.
• Collaborate with operations engineer to automate finance workflows and maintain audit trails.
• Build a scalable operating model for current and future clients.
