Formic Technologies is seeking a Remote Service Coordinator to support our Field Service organization. You will manage service scheduling, triage inquiries, and deploy the right technicians efficiently while maintaining clear communication across teams.

Strong organizational skills, calm under pressure, and proficiency with Slack, Salesforce, and MaintainX are essential. This remote role offers flexible time off and an equity-backed environment in a fast-growing startup.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, technical scheduling, or dispatch operations.
• Experience supporting field service teams in automation, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls from customers and partners with professionalism and urgency.
• Determine if requests require technical support, service dispatch, or escalation.
• Route calls to Field Service Engineers or internal teams based on region and availability.
• Log call details in ticketing, Slack, email, and CRM systems.
• Maintain and adjust live Field Service schedules in real-time.
• Support shift transitions and weekend/on-call handoffs with key updates.
• Prepare daily service huddles with visibility into upcoming work and open issues.
