Formic Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Remote Service Coordinator to support our Field Service organization. You will manage service scheduling, monitor site needs, triage communications, and ensure the right technician is deployed on time.

You will be the first contact for inbound service calls, gathering context and routing issues to the appropriate team. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in service coordination or dispatch operations.
• Experience supporting field service teams in automation, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
• Advanced English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher) required for live calls and technical discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound customer and partner calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Route requests to Field Service Engineer or internal teams based on region and availability.
• Log details in ticketing, Slack, email, and CRM systems; maintain live service schedules.
