You will work with technical teams to tailor ERP solutions, conduct product demos, and train clients to ensure successful implementation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in a functional consulting role within fintech.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Assist in testing and QA processes to ensure solutions meet requirements.
