You’ll mentor mid‑level and junior engineers, decompose vague requirements into concrete plans, and advocate for high standards in testing and documentation to reduce long‑term maintenance costs.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in Fintech, Payments, or ERP‑integrated SaaS.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and NetSuite SuiteCloud (SuiteScript 2.x).
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from ambiguity to production in a globally distributed environment.
• Strong verification discipline with testable solutions for high‑consequence logic.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deliver complex, high‑value features across the Zone platform, scalable and observable, aligned with NetSuite SuiteCloud constraints.
• Lead the integration of AI workflows to improve team throughput while maintaining quality.
• Decompose vague requirements into staged execution plans to reduce risk and improve delivery predictability.
• Develop automated validation frameworks that verify AI‑generated and human‑written code against accounting logic.
