Launchpad Technologies Inc. in LATAM is seeking a Functional Consultant to guide international clients through finance system implementations, focusing on ERP and SaaS platforms. You’ll translate business needs into configuration and work with cross-functional teams.

This contractor role is 100% remote, with PST working hours, and offers exposure to global spend management projects, training stipends, and a collaborative, autonomous culture.

Formación

• Professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or related business functions.
• Experience implementing ERP, Financial Systems, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of P2P, AP, or Spend Management processes.
• Experience working directly with customers during software implementations.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional configurations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customers' finance and procurement processes.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify business requirements.
• Translate business needs into system configuration.
• Configure the platform following implementation best practices.
• Advise customers on process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support UAT, training sessions, and Go-Live activities.
• Help customers adopt the platform and maximize business value.
• Explain new product features and their impact on business processes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Product Specialists, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously with strong customer experience.
