Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Consultant specializing in D365 Finance & Operations with deep expertise in Financial Accounting & Controlling. This role will lead complex finance transformation programs, drive solution architecture, and advise senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end functional design for D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Consolidations, Project Accounting).
• Architect finance solutions aligned with best practices and D365 capabilities.
• Drive gap‑fit analysis, integration, customization, and reporting strategies.
• Oversee configuration, testing, cutover planning, and data migration.
• Advise CFOs, Finance Directors, and Controllers on transformation roadmaps.
• Lead workshops, governance boards, and deliver advanced training.
• Track Microsoft’s roadmap and recommend adoption of new features.

Core Competencies

• Expert in D365 Finance configuration and design.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and ability to optimize multi‑company, multi‑currency processes.
• Experience integrating with banking systems, tax engines, and reporting tools.

Preferred

• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud environments.
