Zone & Company Software Consulting LLC is seeking a Functional Consultant to gather and translate client requirements into functional specs and user stories. You will work with technical teams to design and configure solutions, and deliver product demonstrations and training to ensure successful implementations.

You will participate in testing, QA, and ongoing support, document processes and configurations, and stay current with industry trends.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry.
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages a plus.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects (ERP/CRM).
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Assist in testing and QA processes to ensure solutions meet requirements and are error‑free.
• Provide ongoing support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
