• Fluency in English required and communication with clients is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in a functional consulting role within fintech or related domains.
• Experience with ERP/CRM implementations and analyzing business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions for client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Assist in testing and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements and are error-free.
• Provide ongoing client support and troubleshoot issues; implement enhancements as needed.
• Document processes, configurations, and future customisations; participate in pre-sales activities such as proposal development.
