Uptalent Dot I O is seeking an Engineering Project Management Coordinator to keep schedules, resources, costs and deliverables on track from a remote location aligned with the EST (New York) time zone. This is a full‑time role (40hrs/week) designed to be the linchpin between engineering teams, clients and business operations, owning day‑to‑day PMO tasks so engineers can focus on design.

You will manage project insights, dashboards and field configurations, monitor budgets, and support invoicing

Formación

• 2–5 years of project management experience in AEC or engineering support.
• Hands-on with Project Insight, or rapid ability to learn it.
• Strong MS365 proficiency (SharePoint, Lists, Teams).
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project schedules using ProjectInsight.
• Monitor workloads and reassign tasks to balance capacity.
• Track project budgets and actuals; flag variances; assist invoicing.
• Configure new projects, dashboards and fields in Project Insight.
• Train team members on usage and best practices.
• Coordinate task-level QA/QC and documentation.
• Manage SharePoint sites and Lists for document control; update WordPress posts.
• Assist with cloud-migration initiatives and process improvements.
