Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project coordination from concept to completion. The role supports a global client base with remote work and a structured 8:30am–5pm New York time schedule.

You will drive efficiency, manage data in HubSpot, and lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering and sales to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has engineering background or experience, strong client communication skills, and comfort with ClickUp.

• Experience in managing complex projects with stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle in ClickUp from initiation to completion.
• Maintain and update customer data in HubSpot.
• Ensure timely, high-quality project execution and deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and scheduling teams.
• Communicate with native speakers for B2B and B2C engagements.
