Aptimized is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager in its Technology Department to drive end-to-end IT and software delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact technology solutions.

As a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will own plans, manage scope and risk, and advocate for PMO practices while continually refining delivery

Formación

• 7-10 years experience in project/delivery management.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from intake to post-launch support, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes.
• Own assigned projects end-to-end, manage scope, schedule and outcomes, and make timely decisions on trade-offs and resourcing.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and roadmaps aligned to priorities.
• Drive Agile and hybrid delivery ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources across initiatives, flagging risks to leadership.
• Maintain accurate project status, risk, and financial data in Smartsheet or equivalent tools for governance.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated high-quality solutions.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating status and decisions clearly.

We are seeking experienced Technical Project Manager in our Technology Department. These individuals will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of IT and software delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. They will collaborate with engineering, product, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact technology solutions.

Will Be Responsible For:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives-from intake and planning through execution, deployment, and post-launch support-ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Own assigned projects end-to-end, taking accountability for scope, schedule, and outcomes, and making timely decisions on trade-offs, priorities, and resourcing to keep delivery on track.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and delivery roadmaps aligned to product and organizational priorities.
• Drive Agile and hybrid delivery ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to keep teams aligned and milestones on track.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation across concurrent initiatives, proactively flagging scope, cost, or timeline risks to leadership.
• Maintain accurate project status, risk, and financial data in Smartsheet or equivalent PPM tools to support portfolio-level reporting and governance.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams-engineering, QA, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and vendors to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating status, risks, and decisions clearly and proactively.
• Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and issues, ensuring adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and materials for leadership and steering committee reviews.
• Manage vendor and contract resource performance to ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality commitments.
• Act as an advocate for the PMO across the organization, championing consistent project management practices, standards, and governance across teams and business units.
• Continuously refine delivery frameworks, tools, and workflows- including AI-enabled solutions- to improve consistency and outcomes across the PM team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree a plus).

Required Skills

• 7-10 years experience in project/delivery management, with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technology projects.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, Smartsheets, AI (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot).
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Data Analytics, SaaS, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or related certifications preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

• Compensation will be offered in line with current market standards and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
