Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, is seeking an Engineering Manager for Managed Services based in Colombia. You will lead a distributed team responsible for operating and continuously improving cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes and OpenStack, balancing reliability with engineering excellence.

The role blends people leadership, technical decisions, service delivery, and customer collaboration in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related field.
• Experience leading distributed/remote engineering teams.
• Experience delivering managed cloud services (Kubernetes/OpenStack).
• Strong testing and code quality practices.
• Experience with Linux system administration; Ubuntu or Debian experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Proven experience managing distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a growing engineering team.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of managed services across customer environments.
• Establish scalable engineering and operations processes.
• Monitor team health and improve collaboration and performance.
• Ensure SLAs are met across customer deployments worldwide.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams.
