The ideal candidate will have a strong software development background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for open source technology. The position supports a culture of collaboration and offers global travel opportunities for team meetings.

Formación

• Professional software delivery experience using C, C++, Go, Python, or similar.
• Leadership experience in organizing and prioritizing complex problem resolution.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead a distributed team of engineers.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and provide feedback to your team.
• Support timely delivery of bug fixes and patches.
