Coforge seeks a Technical Program Manager – Cloud, Infrastructure & SRE to lead large-scale cloud and infrastructure initiatives from Bogotá, Colombia. The role emphasizes governance, structured delivery, and strong cross-functional collaboration with onshore and offshore teams.

The candidate will drive reliability improvements, risk management, and executive reporting while coordinating with engineering, security, and business units in a bilingual setting.

Formación

• 10–15+ years in IT services, infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Minimum of 5+ years in Technical Program Management roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise programs in cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, DevOps, or SRE.
• Strong background managing cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and high-visibility initiatives.
• Experience handling complex dependencies, risk mitigation, and program governance at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale programs across Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE aligned to enterprise goals.
• Execute wave-based planning and tracking to drive structured and predictable delivery.
• Manage dependencies, risks, access, and approvals.
• Coordinate across onshore and offshore teams for seamless execution.
• Provide execution-focused reporting, tracking progress, and timely follow-ups.
• Drive program governance including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, security, and business teams to align delivery with enterprise priorities.
• Improve service reliability through automation, observability, incident reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead distributed teams and communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact.
• Collaborate in Spanish-speaking environments while maintaining effective communication in English.
