Jobgether is seeking a Fullstack Developer (Java, React) based in Colombia to join a collaborative software engineering team supporting international projects. You will work across the full stack, with microservices, cloud tech, and modern CI/CD practices, in a Scrum environment.

The role emphasizes learning, mentoring, and contributing ideas to product and process improvements, with 100% remote work flexibility and opportunities to explore new technologies.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Java 8/11 and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Solid frontend development skills with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Understanding of modern software development principles including microservices and cloud technologies.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Develop new product functionalities using Java and React-based technologies.
• Build and maintain scalable applications following microservices architecture.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions with clean code practices.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders within Scrum teams.
• Contribute to technical decisions; propose improvements to products and processes.
• Adopt CI/CD, cloud technologies, version control, and automated quality processes.
• Continuously learn and explore new technologies to improve products.
