Formación

• B2 English level or above.
• Call Routing troubleshooting and scenarios.
• Database/SSO.
• ILS/GDPR.
• ITL/ CTL concepts.
• Expressway, MRA/MVA, LDAP Integration, RTMT Trace analysis, PCD (Prime Collaboration Deployment).

Responsabilidades

• Handling escalations.
