Somewhere is seeking a Remote Client Success & Operations Coordinator to serve as the central hub for customer service, routing calls, coordinating production workflows, and managing municipal permits. This full-time offshore contractor role requires alignment with US business hours and international collaboration across LATAM.

You will own end-to-end project coordination for commercial signage portfolios, from inquiry to invoicing, while maintaining strong client communication and quality

Formación

• 2-4+ years in cross-functional operations within industrial or signage environments.
• Elite verbal and written English for US-based calls.
• Sign-industry experience preferred.
• Hyper-organized with strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Comfort with cloud ERP, project management tools, VOIP, and permitting portals.
• Able to chase permit approvals and collections professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline live customer service during US business hours.
• Route phone traffic and monitor the central inbox for sales and inquiries.
• Coordinate 5-step project workflow from intake to invoicing for repeat clients.
• Manage municipal permit applications and regulatory documentation.
• Support AR follow-ups and project close-out activities.
• Assist with social posts highlighting installations and client success.
