Zusammenfassung

Community Sports Partners seeks a detail-oriented marketer to plan, build and optimize email and SMS campaigns for sports facility bookings, pickups, and registrations. You will segment audiences, craft compelling messages and ensure accurate targeting across time zones and pricing.

You will collaborate with sales to follow up leads, drive bookings and renewals, and monitor campaign performance with a focus on customer retention and revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer and asking for the booking.
• Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games and registration opportunities.
• Create segments by location, sport, interest, booking history and engagement.
• Develop welcome messages, lead follow-up, reminders, repeat-booking and win-back flows.
• Ensure audience, dates, time zones, prices, links and suppression rules are correct before launch.
• Monitor deliverability, opt-outs and list health; maintain consent records.
• Report on qualified enquiries, paid bookings, repeat participation and revenue metrics.
